Aleksandra is an incredibly supportive and helpful personal trainer. I trained with her for a few weeks before I was unfortunately unable to continue and during those weeks I felt better about myself than I had in months. I contacted Aleksandra about a year ago to discuss a fitness programme suitable for my age and ability. Aleksandra provided a personalised all-round and well-balanced set of exercises. She has a professional approach and has always shown an interest in how I was progressing. The phone application that she uses is very helpful to remember how to perform some of the exercises.
